Blair Hunter

Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer with seven years’ experience in the training industry, Blair has designed instructionally sound and quality-based online, blended and face-to-face training solutions for many different clients over a range of sectors.

Blair is focused on using best practice in instructional design and learning principles to produce engaging training that provides effective and efficient knowledge transfer from the training environment to the workplace.

In 2006 Blair was the lead Instructional Designer for the Insurance Australia Group ‘Single Customer View’ eLearning module which won an AITD eLearning Achievement Award.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Multimedia (Major: Interactive Learning) from Southern Cross University.
