Carolynn Bae

Solutions Manager

Carolynn is a Solutions Manager at Workstar responsible for managing the implementation and servicing of our eLearning, eRecruitment, induction and consulting solutions.  She is the conduit between the client and our design team, marketing staff and management.

Carolynn commenced with Workstar in early 2008 as an Account Manager, moving to her new role in September 2009.

Carolynn was Business Development Manager for a franchise group in the food and beverage sector, managing relationships and developing the franchise network. Prior to that, she held a management role for three years with leading sports footwear retailer, Footlocker.

Carolynn has had a long association with the performing arts and for many years was the owner of and head teacher at Sydney Dance Art.

She holds a BA (Political Science) and her interests include dancing, teaching, basket ball, reading and travelling.
