OUR TEAMMelissa HurrellAccount Executive In her capacity as an Account Executive with Workstar, Melissa is responsible for working with a diverse range of organisations to understand key business challenges and priorities in order to identify and recommend innovative solutions that drive improved performance of people, to achieve desired business results. Melissa has several years of experience working with organisations to apply innovative technologies that drive positive outcomes for clients. Prior to joining Workstar, Melissa held senior client relationship roles with Saba, a leading provider of talent management solutions for medium-large enterprise and with WebCT (now owned by Blackboard), a leading provider of solutions focussed on improving teaching and learning outcomes for educational institutions across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. Melissa spent the early part of her career in Account Management roles within the IT and Telecommunications sectors, for Rational Software (now owned by IBM) and Optus, following a short stint with The Really Useful Group, as a Bookkeeper for the Palace and Adelphi Theatres in London. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) Degree with Merit, from the University of Wollongong.
